How is this different from online AI courses?
Online courses are passive and generic.

We work on YOUR workflows with YOUR data for 5-8 weeks, not generic examples in 2-hour webinars. It's expert consulting embedded with training—we sit alongside your teams, not just present slides. Participants apply AI to real work from Week 2.
What’s required from our L&D team?
Minimal heavy lifting. We handle curriculum design, facilitation, and expert sessions. You coordinate enrollment, help us customize examples to your organization, and track participation. Most L&D teams spend 3-5 hours on coordination over the full program.
How do we measure success?
We provide pre/post assessments, track usage metrics, gather participant feedback, and help you build ROI reports for leadership. You’ll have concrete data on productivity gains and skill development.
How much time will my employees need to commit to the Foundation training?
Foundation training requires 90 minutes twice per week for 3 weeks (total of 9 hours over 3 weeks). Sessions are scheduled at the same times each week to make it easy for participants to block their calendars.

Most participants report that the productivity gains they experience during the training more than offset the time invested. By Week 2, employees are already applying AI to their actual work and seeing time savings.
Can we integrate this with our LMS/LXP?
Although Luminate is a live training program, we can record sessions and office hours and make them available to you for your LMS.
What if our employees have different skill levels?
Our program is designed for mixed skill levels. We assess participants upfront and provide differentiated support during office hours.
